It only happens immediately after I turn off the ignition, remove the key fob. Soon as I open the door, it engages/disengages almost immediately all by itself.

There is no dealership in my area but there is an independend import service shop and i was told i had a crack in my left rear caliper and the parking break motor is out. $700 parts and labor.
